We begin and end our services in song (Colossians 3:16). Our worship experience is engaging and expressive. We believe God is present and responsive to our passion when we worship. You may see people with arms raised, eyes closed or hands open. These postures are expressions of gratitude and trust (Psalm 28:2). The lights are lowered and the music is loud enough so that you can focus on God and not those in the pew next to you. We encourage you to sing along and feel free to worship with us.
Our preaching begins with the truth of scripture (2 Timothy 3:16). We preach from the NLT translation of the Bible for its translational accuracy and ease of reading. The salvation of man through Jesus Christ is at the center of every message we preach (Romans 10:9). We believe everyone can grow in faith, and our goal each service is to help all present know more of Jesus. Each message includes tangible steps you can apply daily. We hope what is taught brings the word of God into your life in a lasting way.

We receive an offering at the close of service. We believe giving is an extension of worship and is a want to, not a have to (2 Corinthians 9:7). The sacrificial giving of each member of PenningtonAG provides us with the means to serve the community and to preach the Gospel (Acts 2:45-47). It is at this time that we collect all connection cards, on which you can respond to this morning’s teaching and ask for prayer support. Offering can also be given online at penningtongives.com.
